Dinari employs a protocol where smart contracts manage the buying and selling of dShares, with automated systems that rebalance the underlying securities held in vault accounts to ensure full backing of the tokens. Security and compliance are key aspects of Dinari. The platform utilizes standard security measures like encryption and multi-factor authentication, and it adheres to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures. Dinari is registered with the SEC as a transfer agent and seeks further regulatory licenses. The assets backing the dShares are held securely through partnerships with regulated entities and are subject to regular audits to verify their integrity. Specifically, 'Dinari SPSK(spsk.d)' refers to the Dinari SPSK dShares token. SPSK.d represents 1:1 ownership of shares in the SP Funds Dow Jones Global Sukuk ETF. This particular ETF invests in global sukuk, which are Shariah-compliant bonds adhering to Islamic finance principles. SPSK.d aims to offer investors access to a diversified portfolio of Shariah-compliant fixed-income securities, with benefits such as 24/7 trading, fractional ownership, and instant settlement. Each SPSK.d token is fully backed by a corresponding SPSK ETF share kept in a transparent treasury. Dinari dShares are built as ERC-20 compliant tokens, and the Dinari Financial Network operates on various blockchain environments, including Avalanche, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, and Blast. The project also plans for a native Dinari token to facilitate governance, allowing holders to participate in network decisions through a Dinari Improvement Proposal process.
