The earned ETH can be either manually claimed by holders or is automatically distributed to them whenever HYPE tokens are transferred. Borrowers interact with the Hyperbolic Protocol by depositing various types of stable and exotic crypto assets as collateral. In return for their deposited collateral, they are able to borrow ETH. By leveraging their existing digital assets, borrowers can maintain their positions while gaining access to flexible and readily available funds.

Holding HLP (HYPE Liquidity Provider) tokens offers significant advantages for participants. Users acquire HLP tokens by providing liquidity, specifically by depositing ETH into the Hyperbolic Protocol's lending pool. In return for their contribution, HLP holders receive a substantial share of the fees generated from all loans taken against the HLP lending pool. Specifically, 75% of these fees are allocated to HLP holders, providing a direct and attractive incentive for supplying liquidity. The remaining 25% of the fees generated from these loans are directed towards HYPE token holders.
