MERC is an ERC-20 utility token with a fixed and non-mintable total supply of 6,000,000,000 MERC. Staking rewards are distributed quarterly, capped at an 8% annual yield, with no minimum staking requirement. Team and founder tokens vest over 24 months after a 6-month cliff, while treasury and ecosystem tokens unlock progressively for growth and partnerships. Primary liquidity is established on Base and Ethereum decentralized exchanges, supported by treasury-owned liquidity for long-term stability.

Liquid Mercury's roadmap emphasizes capital-markets liquidity, community trust, and credibility. Between Q4 2025 and Q1 2026, plans include strategic listing initiatives, establishing liquidity and capital commitments on the Base network, and expanding MERC's market presence across various exchanges. Q2-Q3 2026 will see the launch of the RWA Platform and initial RWA assets, with Phase 1 MERC integration.
