Ribbita operates on a distributed ledger technology and employs a Proof of Stake (PoS) consensus mechanism, which is designed for energy efficiency in validating transactions. Smart contracts are used within the ecosystem to automate transactions and agreements, removing the need for intermediaries. TIBBIR serves as both a utility token and a store of value. It is used to cover transaction fees within its network and supports various decentralized finance applications, including lending, borrowing, and yield farming. Holders of TIBBIR tokens also have the ability to participate in decentralized governance decisions, influencing the future direction of the protocol. The project incorporates an Agent Commerce Protocol (ACP) to facilitate efficient and verifiable transactions between autonomous AI agents, complemented by the GAME framework, which is a modular decision-making engine for these agents.
