Step 1: Access the Prepaid Card Section

  1. Log in to the LBank website and click「Buy Crypto > Prepaid Card」in the top navigation bar.

Step 2: Create Cardholder Information

Make Orders

  1. Tap「Add New Card」, whether it’s your first application or a repeat one, click「+ Create New Cardholder」and fill in the required details: full name, date of birth, phone number (with country code), email address, and residential address.

  1. Tap「Save and Return」, select a corresponding「Cardholder's Name」, tap「Next」to proceed the order.

  2. Verify the card issuance details as prompted, including「Card Type」,「Number of Cards」, and「Pre-funded Amount」; The system will automatically calculate the total amount payable for this issuance, including the prepaid amount, card issuance fee, and platform service fee.

  3. After confirming that the quotation is correct, click Confirm and complete security verification by entering your fund password or using a passkey. If balance is low, the system prompts “Insufficient Balance”. Click「+」to deposit cryptocurrency or transfer from other accounts.

Step 3: View Card Details & Bind to a Payment Channel

  1. Once the order is processed successfully, the corresponding USDT will be deducted from your account.

  2. Go to「View Card Info > LBank Prepaid Cards」and click「Details」 on the relevant card.

  3. You will be redirected to a third-party secure card issuance page. Complete the login verification to activate your card.

Fees & Limits

  1. Issuance fee and service fee: A fixed issuance fee plus a percentage-based service fee (calculated on the top-up amount) applies to each card. Refer to the real-time quote on the application page for exact figures.

  2. Top-up limits: For security and compliance purposes, minimum and maximum single top-up amounts apply, along with a rolling 30-day issuance cap. If you exceed the limit, please wait for it to reset before applying again.

  1. Which countries or regions cannot use LBank Prepaid Card?

    • Due to global compliance requirements, users accessing the service from sanctioned or high-risk regions will be blocked, please refer to the card activation page for details. 

    • If your region is unsupported, the system will display an automatic notification when you attempt to apply.

  2. Will my funds be deducted if card issuance fails?

    • No. Your USDT will be placed in a “frozen” state during processing. If issuance fails due to a provider or network issue, the full amount will be automatically unfrozen and returned to your spot available balance. You will also receive a failure notification and can safely retry.

  3. Why can’t I access the card application process?

    • Card issuance is subject to security and risk control checks. It may be temporarily restricted if you have not linked your phone number or email address, set a fund password, completed the required identity verification, or if your account security settings were changed within the past 24 hours. Please follow the on-screen prompts to complete the required setup.

  4. Can this card be used at all merchants?

    • The LBank Prepaid Card can be used at most Visa/Mastercard merchants, both online and offline. However, some high-risk merchant categories, such as certain subscription platforms and financial services, may not be supported.

  5. Are there restrictions on cardholder nationality or address?

    • Cardholder information must be accurate and entered in English format, using only letters, numbers, hyphens, and spaces. The cardholder’s country of residence must also be supported for the selected card type; otherwise, the system will prompt you to update the cardholder profile or switch to another one.

  6. Why doesn’t the LBank Prepaid Card have a top-up or withdrawal button?

    • LBank Prepaid Card comes with a pre-loaded balance for spending. Additional top-ups are not supported, and any remaining balance cannot be cashed out.
